Well, that week turned into about six months.

But we've finally come through, and here is the update we promised! We settled into our new home and then the weather got better, so this morning we decided to go out and shoot some stock. We weren't expecting it to be quite as cold as it was so we only worked for about 40 minutes before we gave up, but 10 devs is better than no devs. Thanks everyone for your support; it's been about 20 minutes and we already have three faves and two comments.
